Travel
By Train |

Birmingham International railway station is located within the NEC.
Trains for London Euston station to Birmingham International depart twice every hour on average, taking approximately one hour and ten minutes.

Birmingham International station has direct links to Birmingham New Street, Birmingham’s Central railway station, with trains departing every 15mins on average and only taking 20mins.

| By Car |
| The NEC is signposted on motorways and major roads. If you are travelling by car, we recommend that you allow plenty of time for your journey. |

If you’re using SatNav key in B40 1NT to find the NEC, however please follow signs to car parks once onsite.

Travelling from the M42: leave at Junction 6 and follow signs from the NEC.
|

Travelling from the M6: leave at Junction 4 or 4a and head for the NEC via Junction 6 of the M42.
|
|
As a free flowing alternative to the M6, the M6 Toll offers reliably shorter journey times through the West Midlands. It runs between Junctions 4 and 11 of the M6, and there is easy access to The NEC from Junction T1 of the toll road.

The NEC is easy to reach from overseas with direct flights from many European and international cities. The international network of travel agents can help you organise your flight to InstallerLive.
Birmingham International Airport (BHX) is linked to the NEC by the free SkyRail, departing every few minutes and taking just 90 seconds.
At Heathrow, National Express have two departure points, one in the Central Coach station (serving terminals 1, 2 and 3) and one in Terminal 4. They depart every hour on average taking approximately 2h 40mns.
National Express also have a desk in Terminal 2 for travellers who would like to buy a ticket on arrival but it is recommended you book in advance by calling +44 (0)8705 808080.
Visitors flying into other London airports can get a direct train from London Euston to Birmingham International.
