For installers to benefit from the commercial opportunities presented by the Green Agenda they need to be ensure they have the knowledge and practical skills required by industry to meet scheme requirements and consumer expectations. This presentation will familiarise installers with their options for skills and training and help them to avoid rogue training schemes. Explaining terms such as accredited, certificated, QCF and credits, each installer will leave the presentation confident of the training that they need to undertake to operate safely.
